Questions
Does Omnizone file with the tax authority for us? No — it prepares working papers you use to file.
VAT, payroll tax, and CIT papers stay in the workspace so your accountant can export and submit through the official channel. Omnizone does not e-file on your behalf.
Where do VAT entries come from? From posted sales, purchases, credits, debit notes, and stamp duty.
Immutable VAT entries are created as those documents post. Effective-dated rate schedules keep historical lines on the rates that applied when they posted.
Can we switch country packs? Yes — apply the statutory pack for the country you file in.
Platform statutory packs are applied per workspace. Rates and brackets stay effective-dated so a change tomorrow does not rewrite yesterday’s papers.
What payroll tax papers are included? Progressive brackets, social-security rates, and joiners/leavers papers.
When auto-calc is on, pay runs use the pack. Draft runs recalculate; bank CSV and payslips export for the payment step.
Does CIT use book and tax depreciation? Yes — the CIT working paper compares book versus tax.
Fixed-asset tax accumulators feed Accounting → CIT so the declaration range report starts from the register you already run.
Is the inventory book part of compliance? Yes — WAC stock exports support inventory working papers.
Weighted-average inventory with COGS on item sales ties stock value to the ledger and exports beside the other statutory papers.
What this does not do
